To make it simple the cost is $10 USD per hour* for all the above staff, services and technology. All you need is a cloud based system for the staff to log into and a good training program. You will train the staff and manage them (remotely in most cases). They are your staff just like you opened a office in Albany, NY, Kallispel, MT or Beaumont, TX.

There are some set up costs to set up your Jamaican Company and other than that set up no hidden costs. We can get your staff ready for your training program in about 4 weeks.


So let’s do some math, if you have collectors in the US and are paying them $12-15 hourly plus bonus and benefits your likely paying $20-25 hourly for that salary plus you have overhead such as hiring, rent and electricity to add in to the costs, so let’s say it now $23-29 USD an hour in the US. These are conservative numbers in my opinion.

In Jamaica all the above costs are $10 hourly. Enough said?

So for 10 Jamaican collectors to cover their cost they must collect $4000 in fee a week or $400 in fee apiece. In the US your staff have to collect $10,000 weekly for 10 staff or $1000 per collector weekly.

The math speaks for itself and the workers will be much more motivated to work and learn than the staff you currently hiring in the US.
